Enhanced Design Features


DyMac Power supply leading engine brands that have state of the art technology and are compliant with ISO 8528, ISO 3046, BS 5514, DIN 6271 standards. The engines supplied have low fuel consumption, they come with accurate speed settings, they are mounted to the fuel pump and come c/w with either mechanic or electronic type governors.


DyMac Power supply leading alternator brands with state of the art technology, high quality, productivity and durability and have passed all necessary test processes and have been found appropriate according to EC 60034-1 CEI EN 60034-1 BS 4 -5000 VDE 0530, NF 51- 100,111 OVE M-10, NEMA MG 1 22 standards. They have bearing systems that do not need maintenance, they come complete with electronic type voltage regulators that stabilize the voltage settings.

Control Panel

The DyMac Power Control Panel ensures safe usage. They show all measurements and statistical parameters, operating modes, emergency notices, alarms and the general condition of the generator operating systems, all are monitored easily from the control panel and on the front of the control panel there is a metal body that has an electronic control module and the emergency stop button and the panel s metal body is made of steel sheet and is painted with electrostatic powder paint. DyMac oer control panel designs and solutions that comply with special customer requirements.

Chassis and Fuel Tank

The DyMac Chassis and integral Fuel Tank is manufactured from high grade steel which is very durability and carries the burden of the complete generator set. Thanks to its rigid structural design and anti-vibration mounts, it reduces vibration levels to a minimum. All chassis contain lifting lugs apart from generators sets that are more than 1600kVA, where a rectangular type fuel tank is provided with the generator separately.

Cooling System

The DyMac Power Cooling Systems consists of high quality industrial type radiators, expansion tanks and cooler fans which keeps the temperature of the generator equipment at a constant and proper level.

Canopy Features

DYMAC Standard Canopies’ default features are as follows;

  • Compatible with 2000/14/EC directives, certified noise emission level,

Control Panel

  • The DSE7320 is an Auto Mains (Utility) Failure Control Module suitable for a wide variety of single, diesel or gas, gen-set applications.
  • Monitoring an extensive number of engine parameters, the modules will display warnings, shutdown and engine status information on the back-lit LCD screen, illuminated LEDs, remote PC and via SMS text alerts (with external modem).
  • The DSE7320 will also monitor the mains (utility) supply. The modules include USB, RS232 and RS485 ports as well as dedicated DSENet® terminals for system expansion.
  • Module is compatible with electronic (CAN) and non-electronic (magnetic pick-up/alternator sensing) engines and offer an extensive number of flexible inputs, outputs and extensive engine protections so the system can be easily adapted to meet the most demanding industry requirements.
  • The modules can be easily configured using the DSE Configuration Suite PC software. Selected front panel editing is also available.
